Dave and Raz own the shop, nice kids, best part is reasonabl prices so 2 stars, but still inexperienced mechanics and sometimes bad customer service.
Raz handles the phones/customers was dismissive when I emphasized what service needed to be done (basic, nothing major). His was like, ‘Yeah we know, don’t need anything to remind us what goes with this service’ but then after it was done his team forgot to do something, and when I asked him about it, he argued with me, the CUSTOMER, that I didn’t want it done.
And he wouldn’t let up, arguing with me right there in front of other customers. He should’ve just said, “Sorry, my guy probably just missed it, let me do it now real quick” and it would’ve been fine handled like that. But no, he had to escalate it further and further, arguing with a customer who was 100% RIGHT. This kid has a lot to learn about service.
They also need more experience as mechanics but I guess these kids are still learning.
