I love the UPS on Winchester Rd they are always very helpful and try to do everything they can . Never ever have I had any trouble with this UPS .

I def agree with you. When you order a package and it says the shipper is ups then you go to ups to see if you can pick your package up early they say it was transferred to the postal office. Then you go to the post office and they say that they haven't received anything from ups, so now my package is lost. people wonder why and how their packages get lost this is how. If I want the post man to deliver it then I would have paid for shipping threw them. Lastly every time I try to call all I get is computer. They need to pay for all the gas that I've now wasted

I was at home waiting for a package and all I received was a note on the door. Never heard a knock, only the truck driving off. Customer service gave me the run around for 3 hours. The pick up site was not helpful in locating my package. Just rude.
