My experience with Enterprise Rent -A- Car was great. The customer service rep's were attentive to my needs and expressed concerns with my getting the best possible service.

Today I booked a rental at this location (Enterprise Car Rental 46th keystone)because I had used the same location to get a rental through my insurance company for an accident that I was involved in February..ok..now they already have my information in there system.. my truck is in the shop and I work 2 jobs so I booked a rental for 2 days over the phone and the representative said he already have my information and to pick up from there 46 st office..had to close my shop at 5:30 so I could there before they close at 6...get there give my drivers license and U.P.S I.d. Because they gave me a discount through my job and my debit card he then tells me that he would need a light bill with my debit card..now how many people has a light bill on them at all times..I hadn't social security card and 2other debits plus drivers license and my UPS I.d and they said I would have to go home to get a light bill to rent the car but none of this was told to me the client..so I'm just posting this because it's a shame how they do the Black Consumer and the Black Consumer is basically all they mostly in this location..and no I didn't get a rental because they were about to close and through the recent rental from them and being in there system already didn't think it would be a problem ..So I rate this company a 0 and would definitely not recommend anyone to be inconvenienced in dealing with this business..
