The exam was excellant. The eye glass selection and help was excellant. The missing half star is for not being clear about the total cost for every thing. I had a hard time getting a true cost until I had my credit card ran and I had received my receipt. I will take responsibiltiy for not asking to see the cost before handing over payment, but I think it should be standard practice to see a bill before you pay (just like a restuarant).

My experience has always been positive at Progressive. The Doctors and technicians are all very dedicated and proficient. I have been going to Progressive since aprox. 1994. Before going there I had tried several Doctors who told me that they could not improve my vision past a certain point. The staff at Progressive has exceeded my expectations of what my vision could ever be.

Called in the morning with slight emergency and they worked me in within hours. So grateful. The Doctors and staff are caring, considerate and very professional.

Everyone that works at Progressive is so nice, helpful, responsive, caring and professional. I have been a patient there for at least 10 years and would never consider going anywhere else for my eye exams and glasses. Treated well. I was treated with respect by the physician and all staff members. The Dr. took time to explain my plan of care and answered my questions.
