If you want to be called names, this place is perfect!!!

On my move-in day, one of their associates chatted with me and my roommate. She made a "joke" about one of her residents who requested to re-assign her parking space since it was too far from her unit. The associate goes "that FXXXING BXXCH is lucky to have a parking space". I have personally made a complaint to both the manager, and Sr. Manger of the Community about her misconduct representing Avalon Irvine. The only thing they asked was if I had more details about the incidence. After that, I never heard back from them. I tried to follow up on the status of my complaint. Both of them told me "It is not appropriate to discuss the internal associate's situation." I didn’t see them trying to resolve a serious complaint like this instead of just backing up their associate. All residents here are paying them their salaries, but the only reward you get from them is 'calling you names.' I guess this is just a joke to them!!!
