I eat at El Pollo Loco in Fullerton, CA mostly. Today I went to Store #5550 in Santa Ana. That store is very dirty. Every open table was dirty. I mentioned that to the cashier, and he handed me a towel to clean it myself. If this was my first time eating at El Pollo Loco, it would be my last. Just thought you would want to know. Not once during the time that I was there did anyone come from the back to clean. I work in the healthcare industry, and this is not acceptable. I will contact tomorrow the departments necessary in checking on health and safety issues. People could slip and fall from all the stuff on the floor.
