I have purchased from Living Spaces 7 times over the last 8 years. Always had a great experience at the Irvine location. Salespeople aren't on commission so they aren't pushy. They have the best selection of styles and quality for the lowest prices. I wont shop anywhere else.

We had a great shopping experience at Living Spaces in Irvine. Devan was very helpful at coordinating a bedroom suite for my father. She gave me additional suggestions as to items I had not thought about and generally made our job a breeze.

Worst possible service. Looks like they have a problem delivering the right product you pick.

Had to pick up an item from the store that was ordered online. The item was not what we ordered, found out after getting home and opening the package. Had to make a trip back and had a 2 hour ordeal to return the item and the person at the store promised it would be the next day along with something else we ordered. Same issue again and so the item was not delivered.

You cant reach the person we talked to at the store. The customer service wont transfer to the store. They want you to go in person to resolve the issue again.

The customer service person was quite rude.

The WORST SERVICE! Do not purchase anything from this store. Once you purchase your things you do NOT get them delivered same day. It is impossible to call the store - you can only speak to an 800# of which they have no answers and do not help you. I have to drive the the store now to deal with them directly. DO NOT waste your time going to this store! I would give this store a negative five stars
