This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company that I hired to do a service. The sad part is, they initially lock you into a two year contract with them because they know that after a few months of service with them, you would fire them immediately if they hadn't.



Their maintenance section is bogus, too. There is a girl that works there by the name of Melissa who is related to the guy who they contract out to fix furnaces. This is not good because if you have a problem with the services from the HVAC Company like I did; you will not be treated fairly being that she has personal interests with the company.



I was so fed up with the maintenance section and the bogus charges that were being added on to my bill every month that I told them not to go to my property to fix anything without my consent. From that point on, I pretty much contracted any problems that I needed with local companies. I would have fired them but I was stuck in a contract with them for two years.



I never called them for anything even though I was paying for their services. When I would call, the operator would answer the call and then forward me to voicemail. I knew this was going on because when I would call from a number other than my own, they would answer right away.



My contract was finally over after dealing with this company’s lack of professionalism for two years. They told me that I would receive a copy of any leases, receipts, warranties, and any other documentation needed to continue to manage my property once my contract was over with them. After 6 months of calling, emailing, and waiting for the documents; I finally decided to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. I went to the website and discovered that they already had a “F” rating which is the worst rating a business can have. I filed against them anyway (it’s not like it can hurt their rating any worst). Hopefully, this rating stops people from getting stuck in a two year contract with this horrible company like I did.
