Provided by YP.comTop notch service technicians at this location that helped find an issue on my brand new XC that was overlooked by my home dealership. Hats off to the professionalism of everyone I talked to and worked with, especially Rob the owner. He redirected efforts to my bike from others since I was stranded 600+ miles from home on a bike trip. He also worked with the Victory warranty department on my behalf and saved me $500+ dollars in towing bills since I was 2.5hours from his location and the two other closer dealerships (North Arkansas / Southern Missouri) wouldn't assist. Excellent showroom, worth visiting and definitely worth letting them work on your bike and other equipment.

All I can say is "Outstanding Dealer & Awesome Service" They go the little extra for their customers. They have earned my business, and my respect. Provided by YP.comAs a small business owner, I consider it unacceptable to have a problem with new equipment within 2 weeks of purchase and blame your customer for what was obviously an errant factory or dealer setting! With less than 8 hours of usage and all but babying our new Razr, the belt broke. The gear shift was extremely tight when we drove it off the lot, but just like magic when the new belt was put on it shifts as one would expect. (By the way, when we mentioned the tight shifting upon purchase, we were told that was normal.)
All the owner could say is Polaris won't cover a belt under warranty. Maybe not, but as the owner you have a choice, stand behind your product or blame your customer. You were given every opportunity to make this situation right and you made your choice....no offer to split the difference, reduce your labor charge, nothing...just a flat there's nothing I can do. So, I wouldn't buy so much as a helmet from Gregory Polaris after this experience!! And, I will be sure that EVERYONE I know hears this story. Shame on you!

Provided by YP.comI want to start by saying the guys at the dealership are the best... They all would do anyhing for any customer that walked in the doors... The shop is very busy!!! If you had a misunderstanding go back and let them make it right that is the kind of guys they are!!!!

SORRY you are a POLARIS DEALER AND YOU MAKE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SO GET OFF YOUR A@# and do you job.
i have no idea who helped you but i cant believe that anyone here would have treated a customer like that. we may have been very busy and the shop could have been backed up so anyone would have had to wait for a long time. sometimes we are backed up two to three weeks.
