I have been using H & R Block in NY and when I moved to Florida I used them again. I needed a paper faxed to IRS and no one but some Manager could help me. She did call me and told me everything would be taken care of the next day. I was called by Tim Helmick that everything I needed for the IRS was faxed that morning and they were working on an error that was made on my NY tax return. IRS called me stating they had not received the faxed information. I left my NY state information with H&R Block and they said they were working on the problem Friday. Today is Saturday and they are still "working on it. They seen not to be able to take care of simple problems. NO I DO NOT recommend them.
