On our way back to Florida, our car's alternator and battery died on a Sunday in Savannah, Georgia. The Pep Boys in Savannah was too busy and would not service us so we took a AAA tow to Jacksonville, Florida to this Pep Boys which was the only one open. We arrived one half hour before they were scheduled to close and they took us and worked 90 minutes overtime to get us back on the road. I cannot thank this team enough. Thank you to Winston Harrison, who worked with us on the telephone and lined up the parts we needed before we arrived, to William Weaver, the service manager, for having such a customer oriented staff and for the team of mechanics who worked so hard, overtime on a Sunday, to get us back on the road again. Thank you so much.

I called reference commercial stating any tire 29.99 and Pepboys saying it start at 29.99 for tires size 13. Commercial not the truth or Pepboys.
