I read his review and thought it was comic like. I would love to post Tim's last name and smear it across Dex Knows, but I run a professional business, and yes, I have to deal with people like this. I guess when you really read into this, if he stayed for a year, we must have done something right. He states it took us two weeks to do repairs, well maybe Tim if you would have thought about calling us to let us know what minor things needed to be repaired we could have repaired them sooner for you. Please for you own peace of mind avoid this company, they do a terrible job. The people, who work there, are very discourteous and disrespectful. I called 2 weeks in advance to set up an appointment to view several apartments before I moved to Jamestown. I got there and they had no idea who I was and there was nothing on their schedule, this should have been my first sign to rent from some where else. Upon moving in my apartment was filthy, I had even asked that they clean it before I moved in, they said they would and never did. They did say they would compensate me for my time but that I would have walked away then and there but my job started the next day, I was stuck. After living there almost a year, I have had to have a number of things fixed and it usually takes them 2-3 weeks to fix anything. They also called almost every week saying my rent was past due even though I had copies showing they had cashed my rent check. Overall their treatment towards renters was extremely
