Hi everyone..... just want to state..... yesterday my folks had to take there dog in... he was sick in a bad way... gave him meds sent them home. So sad Joe,the dog, got worst once home. By this time it is "after there hours". No emergency number to call on their answering machine . My mom and dad are in there 80's, there poor pet is having seizures ,eyes rolling for a good 2 hours....thankfully my vet I used, Southwood- Dr. Greg Carlson, does have emergency care. How can a business care for the life of your loving pet and not care after hours? That's like no ER at the hospital . If your going to care, care all the way! All MY pets are going to Southwood they care after 'Regular' hours of a day😢

Thanks to a great team for staying late and seeing our little dog with a sore leg. Very caring and professional! Customer service is exceptional.

Dr. Dawn and her staff are the best. They were able the see my husbands dog on short notice as he is a Long Haul Truck Driver delivering in Jamestown, ND. They found his dog had a bad ear infection and all will be well now. The office is approx. a half mile from the R&S Truckstop off of exit 260 in Jamestown. My hats off to you, you were very professional and returned my call. Thanks again.

Dr. Dawn's is excellent! They have always been able to fit our dogs in, even if it is for a same-day visit. Dr. Dawn takes time with your animals and answers all questions... she does not just rush you through. We were with a different vet in Jamestown prior to coming here and did not receive this level of care. I would highly recommend Dr. Dawn's Pet Stop to anybody looking for a vet in the Jamestown area.
