Every time I visit the store it is closed. I can understand 10 or 15 minutes but a hour even more. I was there last night at 8:55 pm and they were closed, the sign says they are open to ten pm this happens regularly CHANGE YOUR HOURS OR STAY OPEN

Service not so good 5/1/08

I purchased 3 Hot Ham and Cheese sandwiches with a large order of curly fries at the drive thru Thursday evening. When I got home, 15 min away, all 3 sandwiches had a couple pieces of ham on them and one bun had black smudges across it. It was wasted money.

My son took the little bit of ham off one sandwich and put it on another to make one sandwich. I threw mine with the black stuff on it away.

If you were out of ham why didn't you say so then I could have ordered alternate sandwiches. All the business I give Hardee's is now going to be pared down considerably.
