I spent $400 getting my front and rear brakes replaced at Satterfield's. A couple weeks after, had to bring my car back in because the brakes were grinding so bad. The owner, Richard Ziegler, supposedly fixed it (by putting stop squeal on the rotors) within another week, the same grinding started... Again. I brought it back, he supposedly replaced the pads again... Within a few more weeks, same thing. I finally had to go somewhere to get it done correctly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible work and had no problem ripping me off.
