I had to wait for service but, I got SERVICE! The guy walked me through using my Dad's hand me down phone. It was the first smart phone for me. He was patient, showed me how to do the basics, and sent me out with his card if I needed help later. All the customers were greeted when they came in verbally and with a smile, two customers were helped while I was waiting and seemed happy with their visit. Overall the best visit I've ever had with a cell phone provider.
