If you are looking for long wait times and an unorganized front office this is the place you should go. Every time I have taken my son here the wait time to see the orthodontist has always been much longer than expected. If you are looking to save time just make the drive to Loveland or Greeley, it will probably save you time. Not only are the wait times long but the front office is disorganized. We completed phase 1 of my sons orthodontic care at this office and paid $2100. We later moved out of town and finished his care with another orthodontist. When he completed his care we moved back to the front range. His permanent retainer came loose on one end and needed glued back on. I figured since we were patients there before we could get it glued back on for a decent price. Not the case. After waiting an hour to get taken back the hygienist glued the piece back on and I got a $185 bill !!!!
