I had a pkg to be delivered by UPS May 2, 2014. UPS decided it would be delivered by post office so the pkg was transferred to the post office. When questioned about it they denied they were responsible, said shipper was. When shipper was called they said it was at the choice of the delivery service on how to deliver a ground pkg. UPS you guys have lost my business. I will let people know that you pass the pkg and do not deliver on time. Really put out with the dishonest people! You don't deserve a star at all your service was appalling.
