I rented a home only this past February, mind you the house is nothing to write home about, but I figured I could give it some tlc and all would be good. Well the hot water heater was giving me a hard time barely lasting for one shower and there are 4 of us in the home. So 2 hours after I sent in a maintenance request about the hot water heater I received an email letter telling me that me and my family, 2 kids and 2 adults, have 60 days to vacate, with a remark in the letter sating that they hope I find a home with unlimited amounts of hot water.

I would like not to give them any stars!!



HORRIBLE COMPANY I am a homeowner, and this company has been ripping

me off since they started managing my house few months ago. They even

charge me twice for the same repair. The cost of their repairs are

outrageous. Don't bother leaving messages, they never return them.

Whether you are a homeowner, or potential renter, walk away from them.

I am sure you (and I ) can find better companies in JONESBORO, GA to

bring our business to. just waiting until the lease is over, fire them

and then simply forget about them. they are so unprofessional, and

it's VERY stressful to deal with them. Even the manager does not seem

how to use the phone to call us back. Beware that they are indeed very

nice on the phone, and especially the first time they meet with you.

We were very impressed on how nice they were at the beginning. Then

they just slowly start stabbing you
