I have been frequenting this establishment for the past 4 months. The younger taller brother was always very pleasant and helpful. The shorter older brother always seemed to have a bit of a chip on his shoulder, but I really ignored it until recently.
I had some items cleaned and one of the items was still dirty and looked like they barely pressed it. I took the item back and told them that I was not pleased with the outcome. I asked if they could have the item cleaned again. The younger brother once again was willing to oblige. However when he spoke to his older brother about it, he said NO. I mentioned to him that I am a regular customer (which he knew) and that all I want is for the dress to look like I had it dry cleaned or my money back. He still would not do so. If you want dry cleaners who stand behind there work, this is not the place. After today it seems as though this establishment has no understanding of TRUE customer service. DON"T patronize this place. If there is ever a problem with your clothing you will be SORRY.
