This is the McDonald's I don't go to anymore! The managers they have in place are not McDonalds quality. It is obvious this is not a Corporate store. This is why franchises are a bad idea! I was attempting to refill my tea cup when I was yelled at by the manager all the way across the dining room in front of many other customers and was told I could not get a refill on my tea that I had just purchased 10 minutes earlier. All the other customers turned to look at who she was yelling at as though I were taking something I did not pay for. I was told I could not get a refill because I had stepped outside to drink my tea. I could not refill it was dine in only. Of course NO signs are posted anywhere to that affect. Mind you I have done this many many times in the past, in front of real Managers, wearing the proper uniform, without a word said other than, hello or have a good day. The person today claims she is a manager, but had the same uniform that I could see as all of her coworkers. And she certainly did not handle that situation with any means of any type of managment qualifications. I was very humiliated and will not be back. I have also sent my experience to the Corporate office of McDonalds and I am hopeful that this franchise will be closed and taken over by the company that knows quality managment when they see it. This was very BAD MANAGMENT!!! WITH ATTITUDE!!
