This shop ruined the body of my jeep wrangler. I paid them to install a set of rocker guards. The kids they had in the shop did not read the directions. They did not loosen all the body mounts and bent the tub. To this day, my doors do not close correctly. They also used an impact wrench to tighten the body mounts, pulling 3 of them thru the tub.



I consulted an attorney, but found I could not come out ahead considering the time it would take.

I paid Four State 4WD center to instal a set of fabtech rocker guards. When they were done, I found a bolt was missing. Their explanation for not installing it: "You can't see it because it's behind the fender flare". I also found the door latch was now to far forward to make contact with the pin. Turns out they did not loosen ALL the body mounts before jacking the body. THIS WAS STEP ONE IN THE DIRECTIONS THEY DIDN"T READ. Not to mention common sense. The result was they bent the tub of my wrangler. In their attempt to "adjust" my doors so they would close, they also chipped the pain badly in several places by prying on the doors.



They may have some good technicians. But the two unsupervised kids they allow to work on my vehicle are not them. I would go someplace else if at all possible.
