Seldom find what I'm looking for. Very rude! I buy most of my guns from Brandon's, much nicer guy and cuts you a break when dealing with cash. Only thing I buy from Steve is gun powder. Not much more worth buying there.

They don't know anything about the price of gold, they try to rip you off on trades for guns, their guns are over priced and their workers are rude and don't make you feel welcome. And racial slurs are a norm. Hope they close down for good soon.

Ordered a one piece cleaning rod and after many weeks of not hearing the order status I called Steve's to check on the order. They said the rod had not arrived. A while later I called again and still not there; they double checked and found they put my rod out in their store sales inventory. Went to Steve's to purchase the rod before someone else bought it from under me. The first time I used the rod I noticed it had a bend in it and when I called Steve's to tell them my $30 rod was bent. They told me it was my problem and they would not exchange the bend rod for a straight one. Steve's isn't the cheapest place to shop which is okay if you get good customer service but higher prices with horrible customer service is not a reason to shop at Steve's.
