Provided by YP.comOn 8/29/2016, I walked in for a tire rotation. Four hours later, they still did not have the work done. My family will never come here again. They should close their doors!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI have used Pep Boys up north for years and have had good experiences with them. I arrived an hour early for my appointment at the Jupiter, FL location and they took me in after a few minutes wait. They have a younger crew that are courteous and eager to help. The repair took a lot longer than anticipated because they found a serious safety issue that needed to be addressed first. Over all I am pleased with the service.
