We provide consulting engineering services for evaluation, modification and repair of existing structures. These include paper plants, food processing plants, warehouses, hospitals, university and school buildings, churches, office buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, facades, supported plazas, parking structures, and stadiums. We have performed numerous investigations of older structural systems to determine load carrying capacity and to develop renovation or adaptive reuse construction documents. These have often included buildings for which no design drawings were available and in which structural systems and materials were used which are now obsolete.
