SCOTT SAVES THE DAY! Last night I was driving through Kansas City on my way from Northeast Ohio to Southern Kansas to attend my Grandson's wedding, My car broke down, but I was able to make it to a hotel before I couldn't drive any further. It's night in a city I don't know and hours away from any help from family. Luckily my son found Scott's business online, I set up an appointment for first thing this morning. He came right to the hotel, fixed my car at an extremely reasonable price and I am on just about to get back on the road and will be able to make it to the wedding in time. So nice to find an honest hardworking person, who didn't take advantage of a traveler stuck in a bind. Thank you Scott!

Very helpful when buying used car. Scott came to the car lot, did a thorough inspection and even test drove it! My "new to me" car is a gem... and so is Scott! I will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to friends.

Like Santababbie, I was not able to move my vehicle. I had installled a new battery the day before Thanksgiving, drove the old Caddy home and next day it would not start. Fortunately I had another vehicle to get around with. Still, I needed my daily driver, due to having to drive a truck, which aggrevated a medical condition.



After reading all the reviews, I Called Scott. He tossed around a couple of opinions on what it could be and one of those turned out to be the problem. He just left, after figuring out that I had received a new bad battery. He took it back to the parts place, told me I did not need that expensive a battery (saving me $100.) and brought another one back, installed it and the car started right up. What a pleasure to have my old faithful, comfy car to drive again. I can't say enough good things. This guy is wonderfully honest and knows what he is doing. Call him. You will not regret it.

I needed work done on my car and I was not able to move the vehicle, which is why I went the mobile mechanic route. He came to my house, he was honest, he showed me what my car rotors and brakes look like and oppose to what they should look like he was honest and did grest work. I highly recommend him.

He is very helpful and gets the job done. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I called Scott from St. Louis looking for a dependable honest mechanic to help my girl who lives in KC with her 96' Camry that was stranded. After a good phone that assured me we agreed what the problem most likely was, I connected him to my girl. He showed up when he said he would, the problem was as we thought, he proceeded exactly as he described and was respectful and in her words 'SO SO NICE and clearly very honest.' I had a major issue with my car but i had no clue what it was. My car just shut off in the middle of a intersection on a Saturday evening. I was able to get my car towed home. I looked for a mobile mechanic and Scott popped up. (This was two years ago). He came out on a Sunday afternoon after our conversation over the phone the same day. He was able to determine it was a Fuse that went out and fixed it. Scott has done several Jobs on my car. He's been very flexible by coming to my job and fixing my breaks, fixing my windows, fixing wheel bearings & teaching me how to check my fluids in the car's system and replace them. He's a advocate for women understanding how to take care of their cars and not being scammed at repair shops. He's professional, understanding of the customer's time constraints and very open and upfront about his prices that are reasonable & fair. . Great guy I'll always call Scott to address my car issues. I saw all the good reviews on yellowpages about Scott, called him for a friend and he told her the REAL problem with her vehicle. everyone else said different things just to get her to pay money, he could have done that as well but he did a head gasket test and sure enough that is what it was. I called him for my husbands 1997 Tahoe and he told him what was really wrong with his car. Everyone else had said it was something majorand it was going to be 12 or 1300 dollars. Scott came and found out it was only the distributor cap (i think thats what it was) and it was less than a $300 fix. Thumbs up to this HONEST MECHANIC!!!!! whoever knew there was such a thing any more???

I feel I have finally found a mechanic that I can trust in Scott! On the recommendation of a friend, I recently reached out to Scott on a complicated issue with my Saturn Vue. I was extremely please with his professionalism, expertise, and kindness. We ran into a few unexpected problems and delays (with the machine shop), but he was very good about communicating with me and explaining what was going on every step of the way. Even in the very beginning, he worked hard to lay everything out on the table so that I could make the best decision possible with what I wanted to do. That was something that I really appreciated. I always felt that he had my best interests at the forefront of his mind. In several instances, I feel he really went the extra mile and above and beyond what you would typically expect. I can't say enough positive things about my experience and it is a wonderful relief to finally have someone that I can take my vehicles to and have confidence in.

I called to see if he wanted to work on my truck since he's a "mechanic". He told me over the phone that it was to much "grunt" work for him. It was a simple drive shaft and yoke. When ppl call me for a roof leak I don't tell them " no your roof is to steep I can't". Very unprofessional on his behalf.

We were in a bind on a Saturday and needed our car fixed right away, Scott was there within the hour and got us back on the road in no time!

Scott is a great mechanic he came out on a Sat. and fixed both of my CV axles on my Subaru. Googled mobile mechanic and looked at the review and chose. Excellent job Scott

I was in a panic when I called a body shop and they said it was gonna be $400 to tow and replace the starter in my honda. I called Scott and he was able to come out the next day and replace it in under an hour. He also saved us about $300. He gave us some great maintenance advice and was so friendly. I am definitely going to call him next time we need anything done on our cars.

He went above and beyond, fixed what we needed for less than the cost of a tow! Thanks Scott, we will recommend you to everyone we know!

Scott is a great mechanic! He came to my house the day I called, on a Sunday and put up with my difficult car. It started out as a broken strut. Unfortunately no auto part store in KC sold the right sized part that I needed to get my car moving again. Scott was there from 3 to 7pm trying to figure out alternatives. After hours of unsuccessful attempts Scott found the part I needed at a junk yard the next morning. He came over to my house while I was working and had my car restored before noon. Scott saved me a tow and costly shop prices. I highly recomend Scott for auto needs and will use him again in the future.

Too good to be true, but Scott is....The last honest mechanic out there.

While being transported across the country my car broke down outside Kansas City. The transport company needed to reload my vehicle onto another carrier and could not, as it would not start.

This was a nightmarish situation, as I am clear across the county and knew absolutely no one in the Kansas City area. What shop would I tow it to? I thought maybe I'll look for a mobile mechanic to try to save some towing fees. I searched the net and found Scott and his 15 5 star reviews. After reading the reviews they all looked way too good to be true. Having no choice, I had to believe in the accuracy and legitimacy of these reviews and put myself at Scott's mercy. Any other mobile mechanic would be salivating at the opportunity to falsely diagnose and build an enormous bill to a vulnerable broken down motorist. Within an hour of my call Scott was there on the scene with my car. Within 10 minutes my problem was diagnosed. Within 3 hours time - about how long it would replace the battery cables and starter - Scott had my vehicle back on the road at an amazingly reasonable cost.

A five star review means it's about as good as it gets. Scott gets a 5 star review and deserves 1000 stars. I was at his mercy, and Scott proved himself to be professional, courteous, punctual, honest, affordable, dependable, and just super cool on top of all that. I can honestly not recommend him enough. Please plug him in your automotive forums, if you are a car collector or enthusiast, as we have to keep supporting good, honest mechanics like Scott and his mobile service in business.

Smart, honest, affordable. I found Scott on-line and decided it would be worth getting an estimate from him on what was wrong with my truck so I could plan to get it fixed. What was causing my truck not to start was not clear... when I called he came the same day within the hour! Then when he got to my house he figured out what was wrong and worked around MY schedule to come back and finish the job. I was impressed at how quickly he determined the problem and how little he charged for labor in comparison to anyone else. GREAT service and at an AMAZING price with UNMATCHED convenience.
