C. Arun Mahabir, MD, is a fellowship-trained cardiologist with Saint Luke’s Cardiovascular Consultants. Dr. Mahabir has special training in cardiovascular medicine with an emphasis on cardiac imaging, such as echocardiography, nuclear medicine, and cardiac CT. He works with his patients to help lower their risk for heart disease and stroke via preventive cardiology. He has vast experience in the management of coronary artery disease, including microvascular disease. Dr. Mahabir emphasizes a patient-centered approach to educate and facilitate shared decision-making, empowering his patients to make informed choices regarding their care. When not caring for patients, Dr. Mahabir likes playing soccer, running, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and family.
