I hired Rock D Productions as the DJ for my wedding reception back in November of 2009. I had such a horrible experience I had to go through the Better Business Bureau/BBB (which was unsuccessful because after complaining and rebuttaling back and forth our case was unresolved and Dennis Craig from Rock D Productions refused to go to court). Oh and they aren't even a member of the BBB. Dennis Craig is the guy who DJ'd at my wedding and he played the wrong song for our first dance as well as the bouquet toss and wedding party entrance (not to mention he announced some of the wedding party's names incorrectly). This was after meeting up with him at least once and going over our "wedding contract" (http://www.rockd.com/rockd/contracts/wedding_contract.htm) with him. The wedding contract had the names of the songs and the artists, each member of our wedding party's first and last name, etc. When confronted about the issue he blamed me and got all defensive. Oh, he also uses Napster to download the songs needed. What "professional" uses Napster? It's so unreliable and not to mention against the law!
