Thank you for the KINDNESS of the person, at Bubble Factory 'N Things, that answered my phone call after hours (surely, as she was just about ready to walk out the door to go home for the day) for a balloon bouquet delivery the following day! This person could have easily said, "Call back tomorrow within business hours." ...but, instead took my order, wrote down many family names on a card, and kindly added a poem to include with the bouquet! Again, thank you! I would highly recommend this business to others.
