I was treated very poorly. Complete disregard for customer requests. Mechanic had front wheels off and was re installing lug nuts with a 3/4 inch impact gun with a plain old chrome (non impact) socket....professional. I asked him please don't use the impact gun when he proceeded to over torque them on with it anyway. After the manager came out he pretended to use a torque wrench to finish them. As I was leaving it was noted that my truck was now leaking gas, problem is that it wasn't when I pulled in. There was corrosion around fuel filter they scraped at with a screwdriver. Mechanic failed my truck for "not using the correct gauge sheet metal to cover a rust hole on the rocker panel". He said "I do it by the book". Is tightening lug nuts to nearly 200 ft lbs. when it should be 125 ft lbs. in YOUR book? My brake rotors beg to differ. The worst part of my experience is I felt judged by my social status, stereotyped, and unwelcome the minute I walked in to get an inspection sticker.

This Place is a Ripoff. and this business will go bankrupt soon.

Pros: tire smell if you like it.

Cons: Bad Customer Service, misleadings, incompetent staff.



They charged me 500$ for changing various stuff in the car's rear which I dont remember now in order to reduce the sound that is coming from the Car's Rear which I reported. the sound still existed.



Later I went to tire ware house who checked my tires and they actually shown me what went wrong and I changed all of my tires right away and there was no sound at all



at cheshire tire If you ask or try to say something they will start shouting at you....instead of being very polite with them..... they will make you feel very uncomfortable.



this is the worst Place I've ever been to I wouldn't suggest this to my enemy.

I have been doing business with Cheshire Tire for many years and the service for me has not changed since corporate buy out. They always treat me fairly and honestly. I have them do warranty service on my vehicle because it is consistently half the price or more. I would recommend them highly.

This place will try to screw you! They quoted me an outrageous amount for work that ended up not even being needed and refused to pass my vehicle until I fixed those things. I had to pay another place to fix the work that actually NEEDED to be fixed that they missed and had to pay again for an inspection at the other place. I would NEVER reccommend this place!
