My friend told me about Precision Transmission. I was skeptical about going into a mechanic shop by myself. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by the owner and felt comfortable. The shop was clean and the customer service was great! The turn around time was quick and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision Transmission and will return in the future.

My visit to PTE was more than I expected. The shop is clean and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt I was getting an honest opinion and the work was explained in a way I could understand, as I'm not a mechanic of any kind. The location of this shop is also a plus. For a shop to be that neat and clean leads me to believe that they will take care of my vehicle, because obviously they take pride in their work. I have found my transmission shop and I will continue to use them for my future transmission needs.

As a woman, bringing in a Lexus to be serviced; the employees and manager quickly put me at ease. For once, I did not feel I was being taken advantage of. All, from management to staff were professional and polite. The shop was almost spotless, very clean. Service was performed in a better than timely manner and it was done correct, the first time. I'm happy and would refer anyone to Precision Transmission Exchange. Great job guys!
