Reflecting his focus on problem solving, Mark has recruited and trained an expert team of Solution Engineers who repair, build, and upgrade computers, gaming systems, and smart phones in a laboratory environment. The MECT focus on the customer begins with a personal consultation with a customer service, Problems Analyst, who is focused on understanding clients' needs so that the solution is as cost effective and as quick as possible. Clients are encouraged to visit the "laboratory" retail space where lab coat-draped team members repair hardware and custom build computers for all to see. In addition to offering computer & cell repair, MECT provides Networking & IT, Custom Builds, Upgrades & Sales for clients ranging from small to mid-size businesses, home office, telecommuters, and gaming enthusiasts.
