We have been dealing with AirTech ever since our house was built in 2015. AirTech is the contractor that installed our HAVC system and Fireplace unit. We are signed up for their twice a Year maintenance program which puts our minds at ease knowing that AirTech knows the system and they are very thorough. Always a pleasure to work with their techs (Pablo) who are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Also it is not just an in for a few minutes and then they are gone, they take their time and make sure everything is working top notch. AirTech is definitely the Best Heating and Air Conditioning Company in the TriCities and we have done business with several in the TriCities over the years. Thank you AirTech.

We just built a new house in Kennewick. Our service technician, Uriel, has been here both times, to complete the installation, and to answer a question about our air conditioning. Uriel is always prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He even went above and beyond for us today, in driving to his shop to get a missing kickplate register cover for the kitchen, and brought it back. I am very happy with the service and response I get when I phone AirTech. For something as important as HVAC for our home, I feel confident in our provider.
