Save yourself the trouble and don't rent from these people. Everyone I know who has rented from them has had nothing but issues by the time they are through and the owner is real fast to take advantage of you and everyone else they know. Several tenants have had legal issues, have had issues having stuff repaired in the time legally required, have been charged for things they weren't responsible for and have been completely taken advantage of. It's nothing but trouble. Not including the fact they have been associated with criminals and will even allow them around your property and things with no disregard to your safety. They may seem nice but definitely be cautious and look into their name yourself before agreeing to anything.
