Joshua Morgan, a purported medical assistant, must improve his ability to provide adequate patient care. Our recent experience with Mr. Morgan has left us deeply concerned about his medical qualifications and professionalism. Patients must be made aware of their deficiencies to ensure their well-being and safeguard the integrity of the medical profession.

One of the most concerning aspects of Mr. Morgan's practice is his need for medical knowledge and better bedside manners. His inability to comprehend fundamental medical concepts and his disregard for patient comfort is evident in his practice. Patients deserve competent and compassionate care, which Mr. Morgan regrettably fails to provide.

Furthermore, Mr. Morgan's approach to processing L&I (Labor and Industries) claims needs to be revised. Determining a patient's impairment and disability requires thorough evaluation, including medical signs, symptoms, and comprehensive laboratory or other test findings. Mr. Morgan's apparent negligence in conducting basic imaging and other essential diagnostic tests raises doubts about his ability to assess patients' conditions accurately.

Inexcusably, Mr. Morgan's sole focus is to ask patients whether they can return to work. This narrow perspective disregards the complexities of disability determination and the vital role that medical professionals play in this process. Disability assessments should encompass a broad range of medical evaluations beyond a simple inquiry about a patient's ability to work.

It is important to note that Mr. Morgan is not even a licensed physician, which further calls into question his ability to make crucial medical determinations. The medical field requires rigorous training, education, and adherence to ethical standards, none of which Mr. Morgan appears to possess.
