broke my car

i would never tell anyone to go to this place. first off the owner/manager is a rude man. i went for one easy thing and they ended up breaking my sensor for the tire pressure instead of telling me they super glued it back together. for a whole wk my car kept telling me i had a flat tire but i kept checking and it was fine. i went to the car dealer and they showed me the part. i went back and the owner told me that he would pay for it. well needless to say i went to him with my bill and he paid only half of it. saying that its not their responsibilty. HELLO if only your men knew how to change a tire then it wouldnt have happened. dont go here........ theres alot of other tire stores that treat their customers better.

we did every thing we could for this customer. the sensor was broken when they came in from riding on their tire for miles flat we thrive on total customer satisfaction and gave money back for the sensor in good faith. then the customer gave us a out ragus bill from the dealer , that he did not even notify us of. with that said he abused our sales associate with foul language and me as the owner had to ask him to leave .. and this is want we never like to do to our customers..
