I’ve always gone to true value here in kingman but today they let me down gave me their word on a certain paint told me all paint was an enamel there and basically destroyed my home project I was working on. I had faith in you true value kingman ax now your at the same level as homedepot hired people who have absolutely no knowledge of what they were hired for

Have been going to Kingman True Value Home Ctr for the 9 yrs I've lived in Kingman. Since I don't know the difference between a widget and a thingamabob, when I go do a hardware store or home ctr I really someone patient and knowledgeable. As a woman (and senior) I feel very comfortable going into this store as the guys who work there are very patient and certainly knowledgeable about the products they sell. And if I want a "widget", they will bring out 2 and say that this one is less expensive but of a good quality and would be good for your need that you are describing. I've never been given bad information or paid too much for something.

Returns didn't seem too complicated but both times I had my receipt. I highly recommend this store.
