We live in a nearby community and I have been bringing our dog to this business for several years. I have never had a problem or concern with their service. They have a simplified process whereby you call and give them your information (name, phone, desired appointment time, etc.) and they will call you back. They do not answer the phone directly as they’re usually in the middle of taking care of someone else’s pet(s) during business hours. They have always been friendly, polite, and thorough. They are also prompt to take care of your pet’s needs when you have a scheduled appointment and their rates are very reasonable. We are very lucky to have a business such as The Pet Parlor in the Kinross/Kincheloe, Michigan area.

We left 4 of our dogs there once & that was enough! One of them was scared to death when we picked them up just a couple of days later & another one has had severe behavior problems ever since he stayed there. They tell you that you can call & check on your pets anytime, but you can never get an answer unless it's convenient for them to answer! Would NOT ever use them again!
