We have been going to Kirksville Auto for over twenty years. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles.

I've been bringing my car to Kirksville for a long time now and they've worked on many different cars for me. They do great work.

The staff are very reliable when it comes to telling me what needs to be done on my car. I value their advice and knowledge.

I am from Wisconsin. My car broke down here outside of Kirksville on Friday. On Sunday, I was able to locate someone who could tow my car back into town so that I could have access to it. That person happened to be Seth. Seth was a huge help. He of course did his job of towing my car back to town. But he also helped me try to locate the problem. He opened my hood and noticed that there were 3 cables detached. After towing me back, he came back later that night and spent over an hour at the motel with me trying to help me figure out my problem. We did not get to the bottom of it but he sure tried, checking various parts including my starter and battery. Did I mention he did this in a hoodie during considerable rain? This man is an absolute king when it comes to customer service. I justt cant believe how good he really was. Professional and personable. And caring. I didnt get a chance to meet other employees here, but if theyre anythimg like Seth I would say that this is probably one of the best and most honest auto places you will find anywhere.

They have perform very high quality work. And the staff at Kirksville Autoworks is very knowledgeable and explain all of the service before performing the work.

They dealt with this in a pretty timely fashion, so that was probably the best part.

I believe that they have good, honest prices here. You really get your money's worth with Kirksville.

Everyone here was very friendly when I brought my car in. They listened to my concerns and opinions about everything as well, which doesn't happen a lot at car shops, so it was nice.

What I like most about the service here is how knowledgeable they are with vehicles. They can fix pretty much anything and the prices are very good I believe.

The service here is good, and it always seems to cost less than the original estimate. Caleb and crew are helpful, know what they are doing, prices seem reasonable, and they finish when they say they will.

What I like most about Kirksville Autoworks is their availability and how they make everything convenient for you. They worked with me when it came to swapping out vehicles and picking them up too.
