Unexpectedly lovely lobby, pleasant and helpful staff, very clean hotel, outdoor all weather pool and unexpected treats: soup at 4p, cookies at 8p and a delicious, hot and cold breakfast in the lobby. In the KF shopping district, walking distance to lots of stores but a mile or so from downtown.
