I bought a used truck and it over heated on my way home so I had it towed to burnets auto they looked at it and told me the fan was hard wired and that a lot of the wiring had been cut and spliced into other wires so before they could figure out the problem it would need to be rewired So they did that and then called me and said they drove it 20 mins down the highway and then back and then let it run for another 20 mins at the shop that totaled and hour and that it didn't over heat anymore and I could come get it I paid $260 over the phone and they were closed when I picked up my truck and I noticed that my milage was the same as when I dropped it off so they never drove it so my daughter and I started to drive it home on highway 22 headed toward Marion where we live and about 25 mins into our drive the truck over heated and we were stranded. I had already paid 1 tow bill to get it to burnets auto and then $260 for them to fix the problem and here we are stranded again on the side of the highway. I am taking it to a local mechanic and burnets auto better hope they did the wiring like they said because they lied about driving my truck so they could be lying about the wiring I wouldn't recommend anyone to them because they lied and I'm an honest person so that shows me they don't do the work but charge you for it

Went in with a friend to have his jeep realigned. We had $250 hidden in the center console to put towards an Xbox 1 later that day. After they aligned the car the mechanic took it out on a 20 minute test drive, with no permission. After paying for the service and leaving we noticed the money was gone. The manager and owner called us liars and refused to do the right thing and return our money.



They are liars and thieves do not take your vehicle to them and don't trust them
