Glad to support a local business and the employee was very helpful and answered all my questions! I am very glad I stopped in and it was worth my time!

I recently purchased an Austin les paul copy. The action was a bit high so I brought it back for a full setup. Unfortunatly It was a fret problem. They worked on it but couldn't fix the problem so they ordered a new one. They are going to make sure it gets a setup from the distributor before It's sent out. In the mean time they allowed me to keep the one that was having fret buzz until my new guitar comes in. The service they provided and the dedication to their customers ( Randy said they wont be happy until I'm happy ) is fantastic !!!! Not many companies I know of that care about customer satisfaction the way they do.. I am very pleased and will certainly do buisiness with them again ...... Bravo.... I will write another review when I get my new guitar..
