Yesterday I was charged $116 for $41 of gas by just using my debit/credit card as a debit at the pump. Family Express charges a "fee" no less then $75.00 up to $150.00 to your debit card when you use your debit/credit card as a debit at the pump ( PLUS whatever cost of gas you purchased ). It takes up to 10 business days for this "fee" to be put back into your bank account. They do NOT post this "fee" taking anywhere in store or on pump. You don't find out about this "fee" until you look at your account information. A store manager said this "fee" is taking from your debit/credit card provider as assurance you have enough funds in your account. I contacted Mastercard and was told that they do not charge this fee, by law they would have to post or send a pamphlet to their customers if they did. Mastercard said that Family Express charges this fee but when confronted about it...passes it off on the card issuer. THIS IS STEALING! I am c
