The service here is great. I needed to exchange my 2g phone to an 4g, and Renee was my representative. He was very professional, pleasant and patient, and went over everything I needed to know. All the employees in the store seemed friendly.. As a senior, I really appreciated this. All retail stores could take some lessons from the ATT people here.. Thanks, Renee. Helen P.
