Great place but their level 6 bed is not working right now, but everything else is A+.

I was previously with sun station tanning, upscale tanning but too far to drive so I switched and did Ultratan for a month and went as little as possible and cancelled 2 days after signed up, but stuck with 30 day membership. They have a membership fee on top of monthly package, no mirrors or towels in any rooms, the beds are so old and nasty looking, and the price is not worth it. I was even told they don't have mirrors because they want women and men to get in and out, not sit there looking at themselves putting on lotion and makeup taking up other customers tan time. So basically they don't care about stellar customer service or providing customers with newer products, just the dollar getting you in and out. Would never recommend and in fact went over to Planet Tan just a little down the street, did a walkthrough b4 signing up, price is lower, no membership fee, mirrors and nice newer beds. That's what I expect for $60 a month. Ultratan is ultra expensive and ultra lame. Not worth my money or business. I'm not writing this to blast them, everything I stated is fact. If you read this, do a walkthrough before signing up with ultratan, and you will walk right out I promise
