ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Beware of accusations and charges for things that were broken previously! They charged my family for broken blinds, in which, they were broken when we first walked in. The pole was proped up agains the wall and the flap was hanging off. We should have known that they would try to charge US for this since I have heard aweful things about the owner from his own employees! Then when you call the hotel to ask to speak with the owner, they tell you he isn't available and is never available. What kind of business is this where you can't even speak to an owner??? I will NEVER go back to this place ever again!!!
