Not very friendly or nice. I ordered contacts with them and they told me they would call me with a rebate code so that I could do it online. Well, I never got called and when I called a month later to ask about it they told me Acuvue doesn't do rebates anymore, which is a straight lie. I even called another location (where I had my exam at) and they said I had to talk to a manager but wouldn't let me talk to one. Seriously? It's a shame this is the only place that takes my insurance.
