A La Carte did NOT respect, honor, and obey promises made to our Bridal Couple!

Please ignore the *Star*; NO *star* could be ugly enough to give to A La Carte.



A La Carte management created nightmares and destroyed a Family member's November 6, 2010 3pm wedding---scheduled 6 months in advance.



A La Carte management notified Bride's planner LESS THAN ONE HOUR before Bride's arrival that A La Carte had moved a small, noontime baby shower into the chandeliered main room where wedding prep was set to begin AT NOON!



The main chandeliered front room was NOT available at noon--as promised by A La Carte AND paid for by our Bridal Couple!



A La Carte management had assured our Bride that a baby shower would NOT be in *Her* chandeliered room. A La Carte staff delayed our Bride's ceremony with nearly 200 guests, including Priest and Judge--who were deprived by A La Carte.



Bride and Planner worked for over ONE year on the plans which included elegant designs of individual leaf-shaped "save-the-date" mailing cards, AND exquisite engravings for individual fan-shaped souvenir programs at each place setting.



This wedding was the first festivity managed by the Planner who rightly should be devastated by A La Carte's inexplicable shoddiness. A La Carte delinquency seems unbelievably contrary to the A La Carte contract AND, A La Carte reputation.



A La Carte sent NO staff to explain or apologize alongside Bride's sibling who announced the trauma to Bridal guests waiting on CURB for more than ONE HOUR.



Some guests, who had waited for more than ONE HOUR, left with great sadness. Similarly, the priest scheduled for opening prayers, was also unable to wait on careless shabbiness of A La Carte.



Family had to seek staff to ensure that baby-shower debris in restrooms and on floors were cleaned for Bridal guests. Bridal table was bare of cloths and skirts AND needed to be dressed AFTER Bridal vows--and IN FRONT of seated Bridal guests!



A La Carte staff placed some uncovered chairs around dressed tables. Family in wedding garb had to work at rearranging chairs out of the camera's entry view. Family in weddings garb had to complete tablescapes which A La Carte neglected.



A La Carte began wedding preparations ONE HOUR before bridal photos were to begin at 2:30pm. A La Carte destroyed Bride's opportunity to have family photos scheduled by professional photographer to begin at 2:30pm. A La Carte tables, chairs, and accessories were in disarray at 2:30pm. That incompleteness continued AFTER Bride's entry under the A La Carte HOURS-long delay!



A La Carte caused Bridal photos with family at 2:30pm to NEVER happen and to NEVER exist! Some Family had medical issues or had traveled thousands of miles for a 3pm wedding which A La Carte destroyed by causing Our Bride's 3pm wedding NOT to happen and NOT EVER to happen.
