I have had 2 separate issues with billing. On one visit my account was mixed up with the patient who was ahead of me, causing an insurance mixup. The second issue I was billed differently for for an office visit than I had been all the previous times I had gone (for the exact same type of appointment-nothing different in the office visit) causing me out of pocket expense I never had previously because something was coded differently, and they refused to refile the way it had been done previously. Also, they did not inform me I would be charged a different amount for the last visit. They just asked for my copay as though it were a regular visit. IMO very unprofessional to be so misleading.

The physicians and staff were wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable professionals.

Do not use these doctors. I was billed for a service I did not receive nor did I even have an appt with the doctor that day. The bill was $359 and neither I nor Cigna can get a phone call back to dispute this claim. I'd steer clear! This screams fraud!!
