Unprofessional. The guy took my car without me there and without any paperwork. Took my personal belongings to his residence. His boss was also very disrespectful over the phone.

Very unprofessional. A local bank hired them to pick up my truck. They arrived Sunday after 5:00 Pm. When they told me what they were here for I got my personal property out which the driver told me to take my time and he was very nice but who ever he answers to within the company got mad because I would not sign any paper work. I explained that I understood they had a job to do and I was not trying to stop them from taking my truck but I didn't want to sign anything because I didn't want to be held responsible for any storage or repossession fees. After giving the driver my keys and getting my 5&6 year old in the house who were full of questions about what was going on the driver of the truck knocks on the door and tells me his boss needed to speak with me. The guy on the phone starts threatening me and tells me that I needed to sign the paperwork or he would get with the sheriff department and state and by the time he was done I would owe another $700 in fees for not cooperating
